Trucking Industry Recovery Slow, but Steady

Bob Costello, American Trucking Associations’ chief economist, expects the trucking industry to continue to ramp up in the years following the end of the Great Recession, saying of the sluggish recovery that he thinks “we’re going to start to buck that trend.”
Commercial truck sales predictably stalled during the recession, but companies like American Truck Group are helping to reverse that trend.
